    U18 Player Release Information

    Release Form must be signed by Team Director (team releasing player) and sent to team player is trying out with PRIOR to any team activity.

    Each release is valid for only one (1) regional try-out (i.e. If player fails to make second team, he must receive a new release from his home region before trying out for a third team).
