Cougar Update - October 10, 2017

The Cougars continue to look for a win after week 2 of the Manitoba AAA midget league. After week 1 the Cougars dropped 3 tough games in Winnipeg and Eastman. The Cats played well giving up 19 goals in the 3 losses. The team was able to find the net 12 times in the process.

This week the Cats host the undefeated Brandon Wheat Kings on Friday night, before venturing to Parkland for a Sunday after noon tilt.

Everyone is at a loss for words as the team struggles to pick up a win. Finish around the net, lack of compete when the puck is turned over and on it goes. The Cougars have a young and talented group of guys. I think everyone has to have patience as the Cougars begin to fight.
