Over the holiday break the Winnipeg Wild were part of a gift drive that supplied necessary items to the Main Street Project in Winnipeg. The team collected and donated items such as bottles of shampoo, soap, toothpaste and tooth brushes, deodorant as well as other items including warm clothes for the winter months. Well done Wild!

This year at the Jets Skills Night Carson Cherepak was one of two AAA U18 goalies asked to participate in the event. Carson represented the Wild well and had an experience of a lifetime interacting with the professional players as well as showing his skills and ability to all those in attendance. Congratulations Carson and thank you for representing the Winnipeg Wild as well as Winnipeg AAA!
On Friday November 1, 2019 the Winnipeg Wild headed south to Grand Forks, North Dakota to play several exhibition games at the Ralph Engelstad Arena against the Thunder Bay Kings and Team North Dakota. The Wild were winners in all three of their games beating the Thunder Bay Kings twice 3-1 and 3-0 while also defeating the host Team North Dakota 7-0. As part of the trip the Wild attended the NCAA Division I game featuring the UND Fighting Hawks and the Michigan Tech Huskies game. The home team Fighting Hawks bested the visiting Huskies by a score of 3-1.
