Norman Northstas announce 2014 - 15 coaching staff returning is Head coach Doug Korman, asst. coach James Buchanan, trainer Mike Vallance, manager Kevin Barnowich. New to the tream this season is asst. coach Brad Ritcie. Tryout camp starts the weekend August 22 (Friday) invitations will be mailed to the Norman region players in the next few weeks and for the prospects in the Northwest Territories the invitations will be sent via email. All invitations should be sent by the end of May.
The Norman Northstar award banquet is May 10, 2014 at the Juniper Center in Thompson, this years scheduled guest speaker Billy Kean of the Winnipeg South Blues of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League (MJHL) if they are eliminated from their great Championship run to the RBC
