Help Us Help You Faster

What to Include in Your Message

The more context you give us up front, the faster we can resolve your question. Whether you're reporting a profile, asking about a charge, or troubleshooting a verification, please include the following details.

Include These Details

  • The email address tied to your Highway Social account (we never ask for your password).
  • Your driver type - OTR, regional, local, or owner-operator - so we know your time zone reality.
  • A clear subject line: "Billing question," "Verification stuck," "Reporting a profile," etc.
  • Screenshots if you're describing a glitch or a profile concern - they speed up resolution by roughly 40%.
  • The username or profile URL when reporting another member, plus a short description of what happened.
  • Your home time window if you'd prefer we call rather than email a long thread.

If your question concerns suspected fraud, romance-scam patterns, or AI-generated profile photos, write "Safety report" in the subject line. Those messages skip the standard queue and reach our trust and safety lead the same day they arrive, including weekends.
